At Buff Fitness, training sessions are geared towards each clients individual needs, abilities and goals.  With accountability, consistency and communication, together we work towards progress and results.   My clientele includes children and teens, adults of all ages, competitive athletes, the elderly, and special needs adults. 


Throughout my fitness journey, my biggest revelation is that the only thing constant is change.  We have to constantly challenge ourselves, adapt to everything life throws our way, seek new ways of doing things - thrive off of what is working and let go of what doesn't.  To do all of this, we must have the power to remain consistent while remaining open to and accepting change.  My fitness/health lifestyle is rather simple - nothing but consistency gets results.  Little by little, a little becomes a lot.


My inspiration, motivation and experiences that are the tools that help me strategize with my clients to build the framework for positive lifestyle changes that include establishing realistic and sustainable habits.   What follows is a healthier mental attitude about our evolving bodies which is key to living our best lives.
